Respondent/accused No.2 was declared as a delinquent juvenile in conflict with law on 31.03.2014.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a position to acquaint this Court regarding the status of the trial of respondent No.2 by the Juvenile Justice Board.
By now the trial may have concluded against the respondent/accused No.2.
Hence, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew prayer, in case grievance of the petitioner still subsists.
