The petitioner had issued a cheque, which on presentation had bounced, resultantly, a complaint was filed by the respondent/complainant. The petitioner was summoned to stand trial for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
The order of cognizance passed by the petitioner was assailed by the petitioner by filing a revision petition. The revisional court below has affirmed the said order.
No exceptional circumstances have been divulged to cause interference by the third court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that he present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the

petitioner to file an application for discharge at the time of service of notice of accusation.
As prayed, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
