This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.296/2017 of Police Station C.P.S. A.C.B. Jaipur.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation into the allegations levelled against the petitioner is going on and the Investigating Agency has already arrested the petitioner. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, the police has found prima facie case against the petitioner, therefore, no case for quashing of the impugned FIR is made out.
After going through the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR and after taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already been arrested by the Investigating Agency and the investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR is
