Child Welfare Committee, District Ton k is directed to determine the age of the petitioner in consonance with the rule 12(3) of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Rules, 2007 read with Section 94 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The petitioner is direct&-d Po appear before the Child Welfare Committee, District Ton k on 27.8.2018. Till then, SHO, Police Station Tonk is directed to ensure necessary bvigi'l that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of t'he p'etitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to call SHO, Police Station Ashok Nagar, JaipulMetropolitan, who 'shall direct responsible officer of his police station to escort the petitioner to Kotwali, Tonk.

A copy of this order under the seal and signature of the Court Master be handed over to the learned Public Prosecutor for onward transmission to SHO Police Station Ashok Nagar, Jaipur and SHO, Police Station Kotwali, Tonk for compliance.
