Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the complainant-petitioner praying therein that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the complaint pending before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, No.25, Jaipur Head Quarter Chomu at the earliest.

The learned counsel appearing for the complainantpetitioner has urged that the complaint was filed in the year, 2012 and the cross-examination of the complainant was concluded by the accused after availing twenty-nine opportunities. Counsel has further urged that since 30.05.2015 the case is pending for defence evidence.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the complainant-petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, with the direction to the ld. trial Court to

conclude the trial in a case arising out of complaint No.1866/2013 (2863/2012) within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
