This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for directing the Investigating Agency to conduct fair investigation into the allegations levelled in the impugned FIR No. 310/2012 of Police Station A.C.B., Jaipur.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report, wherein it is mentioned that Investigating Agency has already concluded the investigation and have proposed to file charge sheet against the accused persons for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1) D, 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and 120-B of IPC.
In view of the fact that Investigating Agency has already concluded the investigation and proposed to file charge sheet against the guilty person, no further order is required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition.
Hence, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed.
