It is settled legal proposition that if after framing of charges, evidence of prosecution has commenced and witnesses have been examined, then trial has to culminate in conviction or acquittal of the accused.
In the present case, trial is in progress, five witnesses have been examined.
Hence, no interference is warranted in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is, hereby, dismissed.
