Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 09.07.2018, wherein it is mentioned that after thorough investigation, the police have already filed Negative Final Report No.35/2018 dated 30.04.2018 in the court of ACJM, Bhim, District Rajsamand on 27.06.2018.
In view of the fact mentioned in the factual report that the negative final report has already been filed by the police in the court concerned, no further order is required to be passed in this criminal misc. petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
