By way of instant petition, a prayer has been made to quash FIR No.144/2014 lodged at Police Station Bassi, Jaipur Rural, on 3.3.2014 for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 447, 504 of IPC coupled with sec. 3(1) (10) of the Prevention of Atrocities against SC/ST Act.
Obviously, there is no interim order and the matter would have been investigated and might have arrived at a conclusion.
Non presence of the petitioner goes to suggest that petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed.
