Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This misc. petition has been preferred with a prayer to seek a direction for further investigation by Higher Police Officer in FIR No.167/2017 registered at P.S. Sapotra, Distt. Karauli and for effecting the recovery of ornaments allegedly given at the time of marriage.
Learned counsel for the petitioner himself submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the competent court and the trial is in progress.
In view of above, the misc. petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
