I have gone through the petition submitted on behalf of petitioner of the instant matter. After going through the same, I am satisfied that issues with regard to the dispute have been amicably settled between the parties. Therefore, in the interest of justice and to the check the abuse of process of Court, it would be expedient to quash FIR impugned.

Therefore, FIR No.186/2015 Police Station Jalupura, Jaipur (South) for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC is hereby quashed. All proceedings pertaining to the same are also quashed.

Therefore, the petition as well as application (25602/2017) is disposed of in above terms.
