By this criminal misc. petition, the petitioner seeks correction in the order dated 06.04.2018 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.1073/2018.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 06.04.2018, due to typographical error, the number of FIR in question has been typed as “17/18” instead of “19/18”.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court feels that due to inadvertence, the aforementioned mistake has occurred. Hence, the same is rectified and it is ordered that in the order dated 06.04.2018 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.1073/2018, in place of “17/18”, “19/18” may be read.
The instant criminal misc. petition stands disposed of.
