On 17.01.2018, this Court has ordered for issuance of notices to the respondent No.2 on a condition that the petitioner shall deposited a demand draft for an amount of Rs.7,000/- drawn in the name of the respondent No.2-Smt. Gurmeet Kaur by way of a litigation acceptance with the Deputy Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur within ten days.
As per office report, the said demand draft has not been furnished by the petitioner till date.
