Present petition has been filed by the complainant praying that direction be issued to the investigating agency to conduct fair, impartial, expeditious investigation in respect of FIR No.225/2016, registered at Police Station Sepau, District Dholpur.
Shri Prakash Thakuriya, learned Public Prosecutor, has submitted that Final Report in negative form has been proposed and the same shall be submitted in the Court of concerned area Judicial Magistrate within one month from today.
