Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor on this second bail application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I feel disinclined to grant any indulgence to the petitioner.
Consequently, this second bail application is rejected. However, before parting, it may be observed that the learned trial Court is expected to expedite trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
