Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant on this second bail application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, at this stage, I feel disinclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the same is hereby rejected. However, before parting, it may be observed that petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for bail afresh after statements of Dr. Surendra Dugad are recorded.
