Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.55/2018 registered at Police Station Mansarovar, Jaipur for offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4,5 and 6 of Prize Chits and Money Circular Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely involved in this case. Petitioners have no concern with the Company-in-question.

Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that all the petitioners in connivance with each other have cheated the complainant by taking huge amount from him. Anticipatory bail petition filed by co-accused Ankit Sharma has been dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench of this court. Petitioners are specifically named in the FIR and specific allegations have been levelled against them with regard to commission of offence of cheating.
Since, anticipatory bail petition filed by co-accused Ankit has been dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench of this court, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is made out.
