Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 396/2012 registered at Police Station Ashok Nagar, Distt. Jaipur (South) for offences under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is merely an employee of the company. Amount in question was deposited in the account of the company.
Learned State Counsel on the other hand has opposed the petition.
Prosecution story in brief is that the petitioner and his coaccused have cheated the complainant company to the tune of Rs. 1.5 crores.

Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out. Petitioner might be required for custodial interrogation.
