The instant misc. petition has been moved for correction in order dated 17.4.2018 passed in S.B. Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 3710/2018, whereby, while allowing the bail application, the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the memo of bail application, the name of police station was mentioned as Abu Road City whereas, the FIR No. 72/2018 has been lodged against the petitioner at P.S. Abu Road, Sadar. Accordingly, in the order dated 17.04.2018 also, the name of police station was

mentioned as P.S Abu Road City. Therefore, the application may be allowed and name of police station be mentioned as P.S. Abu Road Sadar instead of P.S. Abu Road City.

In view of above, the present misc. application is allowed. It is directed that in the order dated 17.04.2018, the name

of police station be read as “P.S. Abu Road Sadar” instead of P.S.

Abu Road City.
