Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 507/2018 registered at Police Station Muhana, Jaipur City (South) for offence under Section 379 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case.
Learned state counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is involved in seven other criminal cases.
Keeping in view criminal antecedents of the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
