Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 410/2018 registered at Police Station Bansoor, Distt. Alwar for offences under Sections 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4/21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
Heard.
Present case relates to illegal mining of minerals. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle-in-question.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out.
