Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 327/2018 registered at Police Station Sanganer, Sadar, Distt. Jaipur (South) for offences under Sections 143, 384, 448, 420, 406, 323 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

On 30.08.2018 following order was passed by this Court:-

"List again on 27.09.2018. In the mean time, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has

joined investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the

petition.

During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the petitioner had sold the property-in-question to the complainant vide registered sale deed. Complainant is in possession of the property-in-question.

Since, petitioner has joined investigation, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.08.2018 is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
