Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No.250/2018 registered at Police Station Bandikui, District Dausa for offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 377, 354 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
On 28.08.2018 following order was passed by this
court:-
"List again on 27.09.2018. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

Learned state counsel has submitted that in pursuance to the above order petitioner has joined investigation and has returned the dowry articles.
Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the petition.
Since, the petitioner has joined investigation, interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2018, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
