Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 80/2007 registered at Police Station Sadar District Dholpur for offence under Sections 379, 411 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 29/51, 29/52 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.
Heard.
Although, petitioner had jumped bail but now he is in custody since 18.08.2018.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
