Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.319/2018 registered at Police Station Kotwali Bundi, District Bundi (Raj.) for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the complainant have submitted that it is a case of version and cross-version. However, now parties have amicably settled their dispute.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
