Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 122/2005 registered at Police Station Pahari, District Bharatpur for offence under Section 147, 323, 324, 341 Indian Penal Code 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition qua petitioner No.1.

Accordingly, this petition is partly allowed. In the event of arrest, petitioner No.2 be admitted on bail subject to satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner No.2 shall join investigation as and when required by the police and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. Petitioner No.2 shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
