Learned Public Prosecutor has informed this Court that the police after thorough investigation into the matter have already filed charge-sheet against the respondent Nos.2 and 3 before the competent court.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any case for cancellation of bail.
Hence, this bail cancellation application is dismissed.
