This restoration application has been filed by the appellant seeking restoration of D.B.Civil Misc. Appeal No. 3828/11 which stands dismissed in default vide order dated 7.3.18 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that on account of inadvertent error on his part, he could not appear in the matter when the same was taken up for consideration by the Court.
In the interest of justice, the restoration application is allowed. The appeal is restored to its original number.
