Appellant has filed this appeal challenging the award dated 18.09.1998, whereby, claim petition filed by respondents no.1 & 2, was allowed.

Learned counsel for the claimants has submitted that the compensation amount has already been disbursed to the claimants by the Insurance Company as the Insurance Company was held jointly and severally liable for payment of compensation amount.
Admittedly, Insurance Company had not filed any appeal challenging the award. Hence, this appeal is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
