For Appellant(s) : Mr. R.P. Tiwari
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE SABINA
Judgment
10/07/2018
Appellant has filed this appeal, challenging the award dated 11.01.2000 passed by the Tribunal, whereby, claim petition filed by the appellant seeking compensation on account of damage caused to his Moped in the accident in question, was dismissed.
I have heard learned counsel for the appellant and have gone through the record available on the file carefully.
Learned Tribunal while declining the claim petition filed by the appellant has held that it was not established on record that the Moped of the appellant had been damaged in the accident in question. Appellant had failed to lead any evidence in support of his case.
In these circumstances, learned Tribunal has rightly dismissed the claim petition filed by the appellant.
