The appellant No.2 and the respondent have jointly moved an application for passing the decree in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties on 09.02.2018, when the appellant No.2 and respondent were present, they were asked to verify their signatures before Deputy Registrar (Judicial), according to which the signatures were verified. On the said date, appellant No.1 & 3 were not present and no compromise was submitted on their behalf. Therefore, no order was passed on the said application. Now all the parties are present and have stated that they have settled their dispute as per compromise dated 09.02.2018. The learned counsels for the parties have also identified the signatures of the parties.
