It is stated at the Bar by learned counsel for the parties that though the case has a checkered history but ultimately a good senses prevailed and both the contesting parties decided to sort out the dispute perpetually.
Accordingly, both the parties have arrived at compromise and same has been filed before learned learned trial Court in another suit No.152/2014, pending before Addl. District Judge No.4, Jodhpur Metropolitan, Jodhpur, and the compromise was recorded by National Lok Adalat.

In view thereof, in terms of the award passed by National Lok Adalat, both these appeals are disposed of and consigned to record.
As a consequence of disposal of both these appeals, the amount deposited by appellants before the learned trial Court be refunded to them in accordance with law.
