Mr. Shyam Arya, Additional Advocate General, appearing for respondent-contemners has laid before this Court a copy of the order dated 26th November, 2018, made in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19th December, 2017, of which contempt is being complained of.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order has not been made in true spirit for the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 6th November, 2017, has not been stayed. The apprehension appears to be absolutely misconceived, in the face of the language employed to the order dated 26th November, 2018, whereby the effect and implementation of the order 6th November, 2017, has been stayed, in view of the interim order dated 19th December, 2017.
In view of the above, contempt petition is hereby dismissed. Notices issued, are hereby, discharged.
