It is informed by the parties that during pendency of the application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 appointment of other Arbitrator was made by the nonapplicants vide letter dated 12.04.2018. The applicant has no objection to the aforesaid. Accordingly, prayer is to maintain the nomination of the Arbitrator Mr. CR Kumawat, Sr. DCM, Bikaner.
In view of the joint prayer, this application is disposed of in view of the acceptance of nomination of the Arbitrator by the
