Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the revised calculation conducted by the OL and the amount having been paid and the calculated revised sheet and decision of the OL, the petitioner does not press the petition but pray that the amount should be released at earliest within a period of one week.
Taking note of above, the Company Appeal No.2/2018 is disposed of with direction to OL to release the amount as calculated in revised calculation sheet within one week henceforth.
