Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on review petition.
This Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for reviewing the order dated 23.05.2011 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1048/2008 (Tara Chand Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) as this Court has dismissed S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1048/2008 (Tara Chand Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) as having become infructuous and nothing has been decided on merits.
Accordingly, this writ review petition is dismissed.
