By way of this review application, the petitioner craves modification in the order dated 21.10.2016 passed by this Court in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.3291/2015.
Shri Mukesh Rajpurohit urges that the appellate authority has not been constituted till date and thus, the petitioner is being prevented from taking recourse of the remedy of appeal in terms of this Court’s direction. He thus urges that a small modification be made in the order and by way of an alternative, the petitioner be allowed to approach the revisional authority for ventilating its grievances.
Shri Paliwal, learned Dy.G.C. does not object to the said submission.

In this background, the review application is allowed and in addition to the remedy of appeal before the appellate authority, the petitioner if so advised is given liberty to approach the revisional authority directly for ventilating its grievances in terms of the order dated 21.10.2016.
