Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the judgment impugned.
This Court is of the opinion that there are valid and substantial grounds for grant of leave to the appellant Babu Lal for filing an appeal against the impugned judgment dated 10.3.2017.
Accordingly, the application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. The memo of leave to appeal be treated as an appeal and it be registered as such.
Learned counsel Mr.Kaushal Sharma represents the accused respondent no.2. Thus, notice need not be issued.
