Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 9.5.2017 in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 15349/2016, the PF and notices have been filed him on the same day, however, the paper book could not be filed as the same was not prepared. It is submitted that later on, the paper book has also been filed on 24.05.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that similar writ petitions are pending before this Court.
Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the averments made in the restoration application, the same is allowed. SB Civil Writ Petition No. 15349/2016 is restored to its original number.
