this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to move an appeal before the competent authority against the order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Tehsildar, Urban Improvement Trust, Udaipur while exercising powers under Section 92-A of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Trust Act, 1959.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for. However, it is expected that if any appeal is filed by the petitioner against the order dated 18.04.2017 passed

by the Tehsildar, Urban Improvement Trust, Udaipur, the appellate authority shall consider the request of the petitioner for condoning the delay in filing appeal, if any, sympathetically.
