Heard Mr. Dharmendra Pareek counsel appearing for the respondents-applicants.
Counsel for the respondents-applicants submits that exercise directed to be undertaken by this Court under its order dated 14.09.2015 is an extended one and will entail measurement of the entire revenue village Nayala. He states that for this purpose a period of six months be granted.
The writ petition was disposed of on 14.09.2015 and directions issued thereunder over a year and three months ago. The issue of allotment of land to the petitioner and its sitement was to be considered by a Committee constituted of the Settlement Department, Jaipur Development Authority, and the Revenue Department within a period of 8 weeks. And it was directed that the petitioner was not to be dispossessed from the

land, he was then in possession of.
In the meeting held on 25.10.2016, the factum of the land allotted to the petitioner under the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purpose), Rules 1970 appears to have been admitted. As also the fact that the petitioner was subsequently conferred the khatedari rights on the land allotted. The issue that now remains is with regard to the sitement of the land allotted to the petitioner and whether he was put into possession the land of which he is now in possession for last about 30 years. To resolve this issue, I would extend the time as prayed, but not for six months and only for a period of four months.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
