Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has undergone about one year of actual sentence out of three years. Sentence qua imprisonment of co-accused Mukesh Kumar has already been suspended by this court.
Learned state counsel has opposed the application.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Sentence of the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the appeal. Applicant be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
