Sentence of co-accused Om Singh and Bhagirath Singh has already been suspended by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.03.2017.
Accordingly, this application is allowed. Sentence of the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the petition. Applicant be admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
