This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners i.e. Superintending Engineer and Assistant Engineer (City-III) of Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Sriganganagar being aggrieved with the judgment dated 17.06.2006 passed by the respondent No.2 – District Permanent Lok Adalat, Sriganganagar (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Lok Adalat’) in PLA Case No.43/2006, whereby it has quashed the demand notice issued by the Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Sriganganagar against the respondent No.1 for recovery of Rs.6,400/-.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the similar writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7053/2006 and other connected writ petitions, preferred on

behalf of the Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., were dismissed by the Single Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.01.2007 and against the said order of Single Bench, the Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. preferred a special appeal writ being D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.627/2008 along with connected matters and the same have also been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.03.2017 and D.B. Civil Special Appeal is pressed into service.
It is observed that the Division Bench of this Court has dismissed the special appeal writ preferred on behalf of the Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. and refused to grant indulgence looking to the meagre amount.
Hence, this writ petition is also dismissed taking into consideration the meagre amount involved in this writ petition.
