The instant writ restoration application has been filed by the petitioner-State with a prayer fro restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10921/2012 to its original number.
The aforementioned writ petition was dismissed on 04.03.2013 pursuant to the peremptory order dated 14.02.2013 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
It is noticed that the present writ restoration application has been filed on 27.01.2016, which is almost two years and ten months’ after the dismissal of the writ petition in default. However, no explanation regarding the delay in filing the instant writ restoration application has been offered by the petitioner-State.

In such circumstances, I don’t find any merit in this writ
restoration application and the same is hereby dismissed.
