After arguing the matter for some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner has called upon to monitor the work which was completed under his supervision; would not be fair on his part, and therefore, he submitted a representation to the Additional Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Udaipur Division, Udaipur (Raj.), on 28th November, 2017. However, the representation has filed to evoke any response. It is further contented that for the present, the

petitioner would be satisfied, if the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation addressed on 28th November, 2017.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of materials available on record, petitioner is directed to address a comprehensive representation to the respondents ventilating his grievances, within two weeks hereinafter.
In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. However, in no case later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.
With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ as well as stay application stand disposed off.
