Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical controversy has already been raised, considered and adjudicated upon by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in SBCWP Number 2867 of 2017: Kashi Ram Versus Union of India & Anr., along with Manoj Kurnar Natwaria Versus Union of India & Ors.: SBCWP Number 3317 of 2016 and Narendra Singh Versus SSC: SBCWP Number

It is further contended that for the present; the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in the backdrop of the orders made in the cases supra, within a time frame, which he is

ready and willing to address within two weeks hereinafter.

In view of the limited prayer addressed; the instant writ proceedings are closed with a direction to the petitioner to address a comprehensive representation to the respondents.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order in the backdrop of the orders made in the cases supra, as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. However, in no case later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ as well as application stand disposed off.
