Heard. The petitioner made a representation/ application for allotment of cabin to operate a photo stat machine. The allotment was not made for want of determination of lease/licence amount. It was later on determined but case of the petitioner has not yet been considered for allotment of cabin. He is thus facing hardship being an unemployed person. The prayer is to direct the respondents to consider and decide case of the petitioner for allotment of cabin.
