Learned counsel Shri Choudhary does not press the revision but prays that a specific direction be issued that the inquiry required to be conducted as per the observations made in para No.10 of the revisional court’s order dated 26.11.2015 may be held under the supervision of an Officer preferably in the rank of Additional S.P. because the respondent Tejpal Singh is presently working as a Dy. Superintendent of Police.
Shri Bora does not object to the said prayer.
Thus, the revision is allowed to be withdrawn with a direction that the inquiry required to be conducted as per observations
