Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioners to seek quashing of the FIR in view of compromise effected between the parties by filing a petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Ordered accordingly.

However, certified copies of the documents placed on record be returned to the counsel for the petitioners subject to his placing on record photo-copies of the said documents.

No order is required to be passed on the application moved under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 as the same is rendered merely academic.
